On behalf of regional peace campaigners I declare today peace about the issue of the Sool region in Somaliland, is a matter for Somaliland, and it’s legitimacy, according to international law and united nations charter of self-determination, territorial integrity, and the right to secession. “Self-determination became officially sanctioned after 1945, when it was include in the united nations Chapter, though it applied to existing states, not to peoples or national groups”. It’s important to understand that the federal government of Somalia and regional administrations refrain from interfering.
