What is the need for the traditional system of selecting the president's members of his government based on the recommendations from traditional elders in Somaliland

 Somaliland is an independent country but hasn't received official recognition from international friends, we can say that economically it's a poor country and depends on 99% of goods imported from abroad. Yet it people have made plans for economic growth by taking advantage of the opportunities in the region. It's a country with the longest coastline in East Africa, and its strength is low, but it's working hard to achieve its economic, political, security and social development goals.

But this country doesn't have a clear policy to address the circumstances surrounding it, and its people are vulnerable to drought, hunger, poverty and diseases that have never been seen before in this country.

Most of the current government and the previous ones have been involved in holding seats in the country, stimulation the tribes living in the country and solving the conflicts arising from the elections. 

In thirty years of being an independent government, we haven't succeeded in building a political balance based on the wishes of Somalilanders. The goal and will for Somaliland and our existence has completely disappeared, the government institutions, rule of law and the constitution of the country are stagnant, 

The most critical issue is the current government, we're close to the country entering a constitutional crisis. The senate has extended the term of office by 5 years,while extending the term of office of the president to two years by contradicting the constitution.

Political associations have been opened ahead of their time, as the term of office of the president is ending, he's trying to prioritize the election of political associations before the president. 

All the opposition parties have boycotted the election of the president, the senate and the advance of the election of the political associations with the election of the political associations scheduled for the month of December within this year, while the President's is on November 13 2022. There's a community meeting going on to resolve the political dispute as some communities have revealed in their meetings that their districts will not hold any elections at all, while the opposition parties are expected to announce a coalition government.

Returning to our topic, the recommendations of traditional elders is intensifying and satisfying the will of the president to appoint members of his government, the political behavior of selecting the traditional elders selected the members of the government has completely crippled the administrative process of the successive governments of the country.

The president and his friends are businessmen or political shareholders who does talk about the looting and misappropriation of public property.The need and poverty of the people's increasing and every day citizens are trying to kill themselves, while you see on social media people who have lost their daily life.

Young educated people are migrating, due to the lack of income and unemployment in the country, the few job opportunities, There are no international banks or local enterprises operating in the country that would provide the youth with financing and loans to improve their lives.
